Process
From assessment to approved plan
Kinetix is a controlled pipeline, not a chatbot. Every stage is auditable, versioned and reviewed.
1. Assessment
A structured intake collects identity, body data, InBody results, activity, weekly training, daily schedule, cooking ability, restaurant habits, food preferences, allergies and medical screening.
2. Calculation
The Kinetix Calculation Engine derives fat mass, lean body mass, BMR (Müller equation), TDEE, population classification, safe rate of change, protein target and macro split. Every input, output and methodology version is stored.
3. Safety screening
Medical answers produce a green, amber or red flag. Amber requires review; red blocks automatic planning until a qualified reviewer clears it.
4. AI drafting
The Kinetix meal engine composes candidate weekly plans using only approved foods, recipes and restaurant items — matched to your schedule, training days and tolerances.
5. Human approval
A Kinetix nutritionist reviews the candidates, edits portions, swaps items and approves a version. Nothing is delivered unreviewed.
6. Delivery
Your plan appears in the portal with a Today view, week view, meal detail, grocery list and downloadable PDF in English or Arabic.
7. Weekly adaptation
Check-ins capture weight, measurements, adherence, hunger and satisfaction. Those signals drive the next plan iteration and feed the Kinetix success engine.
